1. Service Object and Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern access to and use of the Energysitesecurity online platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), operated by the commercial company specialized in industrial security solutions. By accessing any page of the site, the user (hereinafter referred to as the "Client" or "Partner") confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.

The Platform provides catalogs of technological equipment, case studies on the implementation of video systems, and an interface for submitting requests for commercial quotes. The services are intended exclusively for legal entities and professionals in the field of energy facility and industrial park security.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. Obligations of the Platform Operator

The Operator undertakes to maintain the basic functionality of the site, periodically update product catalogs, and respond to quote requests within a maximum of 5 working days from receipt. The Operator does not guarantee the permanent availability of the platform and is not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance work, force majeure, or actions of third parties.

2.2. Obligations of the User

The Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information in the quote request form, not to transmit false or misleading data, and not to use the platform for illegal purposes or contrary to good commercial practices. Any attempt to access restricted areas, modify content, or affect system security will result in immediate suspension of access.

• The Client is responsible for the confidentiality of login credentials (if any).
• The Client may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the platform's content without the Operator's written consent.

3. Limitation of Liability

The information presented on the platform (technical specifications, product descriptions, case studies) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a firm offer for sale. The Operator is not liable for editorial errors, changes in specifications by manufacturers, or any discrepancies between the online description and the delivered equipment.

Under no circumstances shall the Operator be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, business interruption, or additional costs resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. The Operator's total liability for any claim related to the use of the site is limited to the net value of the service provided under the respective quote request.

4. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All materials published on the platform (texts, images, logos, graphics, technical documentation) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials for commercial purposes without the prior consent of the Operator is prohibited.

Personal and commercial data transmitted through the forms are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at policy.html. 5. Modification of Terms and Termination of Use

The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms, with prior notification to users by publishing the new version on the platform at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the site after this period constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

The Operator may suspend or terminate a user's access without prior notice in the event of a serious breach of the terms, including (but not limited to) fraud, provision of false information, or attacks on the platform's security. In the event of termination, the user is not entitled to compensation or refunds.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
